Will I need to self-inject my medication?

Back to FAQs

Many of our care plans feature injectable medication. Injections are typically the most effective delivery system and offer the best results. We offer in-depth injection instructions, and many patients find they get used to self-administered injections pretty quickly.

However, for patients that prefer to avoid injections, we may have non-injectable alternatives depending on the care plan.

For hormone therapy, we offer topical creams, oral capsules, suppositories, and rapid dissolve tablets.

For weight loss and weight management, we offer GLP-1 medications as rapid dissolve tablets and liquid suspensions (administered under the tongue via a dropper).

Some treatments, like certain peptides, may not have a non-injectable alternatives.

For specific guidance, you can speak to a Patient Liaison one-on-one who can walk you through your options.
