Your Defy Medical App account is tied to your Patient Portal account. If you need to reset the password for your Patient Portal account, visit the Portal Login page and click “Forgot Your Password?” Enter the email address attached to your account, and we’ll send an email to reset your password.

The app is designed to help you manage your care conveniently and securely. App features include:
- Scheduling and managing appointments
- Organizing past and current prescriptions
- Taking daily assessments to track symptoms over time
- Accessing information about other services and integrative therapies.
To schedule an appointment, tap the Calendar tab at the bottom of the screen. This will pull up the My Appointments page. You’ll be able to toggle between all, upcoming, and past appointments. Click the “Book Appointment” button at the bottom of the screen.
This will take you to a page listing the types of appointments you’re approved for based on the services you utilize at Defy Medical. Click the appropriate appointment type. From there, you’ll select a specific day to see available times, or click “Next Available Slots” to see the closest available time. Select the time that works for you and follow the prompts to confirm and pay for your appointment.
Click the Rx tab at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to the Prescriptions page. You’ll be able to view your active prescriptions, plus a history of your prescribed medications at Defy Medical. You can also set alerts to remind you to take your medication, so you don’t skip a dose.
To fill out an assessment, click the clipboard icon at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to the Assessment page. Click “Continue to Assessment.” You’ll go through a quick list of questions about your mood, libido, stress levels, and more. Rate your experience with these aspects from one to five stars.
Once you complete the daily assessment, you’ll see a page that averages your assessments over the last seven days, the last 30 days, and the last six months.
We encourage patients to submit daily assessments to keep track of key symptoms. Then you can discuss your assessment scores with your provider at your next consultation.
