Great experience with consultation but I was charged $70 shipping for the testosterone. It just does not make any sense to pay so much for shipping. The US postal service works where I live, so I do not understand the high charges for shipping.

My consultation with Dr Saya could not have gone any better. I’ve seen a few BHRT providers over the years. Some only offer limited delivery method options. Some are rigid in their approach to care. Some are closed minded and inflexible. Dr Saya was none of these. Defy Medical offers every delivery method I know of. The care and treatment plan is highly personalized. Dr Saya was an active listener and I really felt seen and heard, even though it was a telehealth appointment. His recommendations were tailored and specific and resolved some of my concerns immediately. The prices are the best around. I could not be happier to finally find a Dr and clinic where I feel comfortable building a long term relationship. Monique was the nurse who helped me place my first order. I absolutely adore her! She was incredibly helpful and I know she cares. My nervous system relaxed in to a deep state of trust as I moved through the process of becoming established with them as my only provider moving forward. What an awesome feeling at long last!
