Who has access to my medical information at Defy Medical?

Only authorized Defy Medical staff directly involved in your care can access your medical information. This includes:

• Your assigned provider(s)
• Nurses and clinical staff
• Administrative staff who perform duties related to your treatment

All staff, contractors, and Business Associates follow our Privacy Policy and meet HIPAA requirements.
