What is the Myers Cocktail?

The Myers Cocktail is one of the most widely used IV infusion therapies in medicine. Originally created by Dr. John Myers in the 1960s, the formula has been updated to create the Modified Myers Cocktail, which meets modern nutritional and hydration needs.

The Modified Myers Cocktail includes Vitamin C, B6, B12, B-Complex, Calcium Gluconate, Magnesium Sulfate, and saline. This combination can be administered on its own or used as a base formula combined with other IV therapies.
