What is Defy Medical’s refund policy for lab orders?

If you haven’t completed your lab test yet, you can request a refund within 90 days of your purchase date. Once you’ve completed your test, we’re unable to process refunds. Your lab order stays valid for twelve months from the date of purchase, so you can utilize your testing later if current circumstances don’t allow you to complete it.
