What are the steps to process an order?

First, our staff review your order to ensure it aligns with your care plan and your prescribed medications. Once the order is reviewed and approved, staff will charge the credit card on file. This process typically takes around 48 hours, but may take longer due to unforeseen issues.

After that, the order is sent to one of our pharmacy vendors, which also has its own processing steps. Once processing is complete, the order will be packaged and shipped to you, and the pharmacy will send you tracking information.
