What are the patient requirements for TRT?

To become a TRT patient with Defy Medical, we have the following requirements:

• Complete the Comprehensive Hormone and Wellness Lab Panel for Men.
• Provide a recently completed Physical Exam (within the last six months).
• Fill out Defy Medical’s New Patient Paperwork.
• Book and attend an Initial Consultation for TRT with a Defy Medical provider.

To continue your treatment, we require the following steps:

• Attend a follow-up consultation and complete a follow-up lab panel three months after your Initial Consultation.
• From there, attend a follow-up consultation and complete a follow-up lab panel every six months.
