What are the patient requirements for Thyroid Disease Treatment?

T0 begin Thyroid Disease Treatment with Defy Medical, we require the following:

• A Complete Thyroid Lab Panel
• A recent Physical Exam (within the last six months)
• New Patient Paperwork
• An Initial Consultation with a Defy Medical provider

To maintain your treatment:

• Attend a follow-up consultation and complete a follow-up lab panel three months after your Initial Consultation.
• Complete follow-up labs and consultations every six months thereafter.
