What Are the patient requirements for Female Sexual Dysfunction treatment?

To begin Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy to treat FSD with Defy Medical, we require:

  • Complete the Comprehensive Hormone and Wellness Lab Panel for Women.
  • Provide a recent Physical Exam (within the last six months).
  • Fill out Defy Medical’s New Patient Paperwork.
  • Book and attend an Initial Consultation with a Defy Medical provider.
  • Attend a follow-up consultation and complete a follow-up lab panel three months after your Initial Consultation.
  • From there, attend a follow-up consultation and complete a follow-up lab panel every six months.

For FSD medications that assist with libido, sensation, and intimacy, we require:

  • New Patient Paperwork including health history.
  • Order reviewed and approved by provider.
