What are the Patient Requirements for BHRT?

To become a BHRT patient with Defy Medical, you’ll need to:

1. Complete the Comprehensive Hormone and Wellness Lab Panel for Women.
2. Provide a recent physical exam (within the last six months).
3. Fill out Defy Medical’s New Patient Paperwork.
4. Schedule and complete an Initial Consultation with a Defy provider.

To continue treatment long-term, you’ll:

1.  Attend a follow-up appointment and complete a follow-up lab panel three months after your Initial Consultation.
2. From there, complete a follow-up appointment and lab panel every six months.
