What Are the patient requirements for Anabolic Androgenic Therapy?

To begin Anabolic Androgenic Therapy with Defy Medical, we require patients to:

  • Complete a comprehensive lab panel.
  • Provide a recent Physical Exam (within the last six months).
  • Fill out Defy Medical’s New Patient Paperwork.
  • Optional but recommended: If treating an injury, provide Defy Medical with any related health records and surgical reports.
  • Book and attend an Initial Consultation with a Defy Medical provider via telemedicine.

To continue your treatment, we require the following steps:

  • Attend a follow-up telemedicine consultation and complete a follow-up lab panel three months after your Initial Consultation.
  • From there, attend a follow-up telemedicine consultation and complete a follow-up lab panel every six months.
