What are Defy Medical’s requirements to order nutrients?

To order nutritional supplements through Defy Medical, we require new patient paperwork that includes your health history.

Once submitted, we’ll create an account for you in the Defy Medical Patient Portal as well as send you an invite to our Fullscript store. From there, you can order your preferred supplements online and have them delivered to your door.
