There’s a product missing from my order. What do I do?
If part of your order is missing, contact Defy Medical immediately at [email protected] or 813-445-7342. All issues with medication shipment must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your package.
We’ll guide you through documenting your missing product and submit a claim to the Pharmacy or shipping service, depending on the situation.
Please note that Defy Medical does not control medication replacements through our Pharmacy Partners and cannot guarantee a free replacement. We do our best to guide patients to an acceptable resolution.
