How does BHRT with Defy Medical work?

BHRT begins with a comprehensive hormone and wellness lab panel and an Initial Consultation lasting up to one hour. During your appointment, your provider will review your labs, discuss your symptoms and goals, and create an individualized BHRT plan.

Your care is delivered through telemedicine for your convenience.

You’ll order medications, supplies, and supplements (if prescribed) through Defy Medical’s online portal. Your first follow-up consultation and follow-up labs take place three months after your Initial Consultation, and then every six months thereafter.
