How do I update my patient information?

You can update your phone number, email address, billing address, shipping address, and more in the Patient Portal under the My Account section.

• To update your name, login information, and other Account details, visit Account Information.
• To update your phone number, billing address, and shipping address, visit Address Book.
•  To update your payment information, visit My Payment Data.
