How do I schedule an appointment in the app?

To schedule an appointment, tap the Calendar tab at the bottom of the screen. This will pull up the My Appointments page.

You’ll be able to toggle between all, upcoming, and past appointments. Click the “Book Appointment” button at the bottom of the screen.

This will take you to a page listing the types of appointments you’re approved for based on the services you utilize at Defy Medical. Click the appropriate appointment type.

From there, you’ll select a specific day to see available times, or click “Next Available Slots” to see the closest available time.

Select the time that works for you and follow the prompts to confirm and pay for your appointment.
