How do I reset my password in the app?

When you open the app, you’ll see a Forgot Password link under the login information. Click this link and enter your email on the Forgot Password page, and we’ll send you a password reset link.

Your app login is tied to your Patient Portal login. If you reset your password in the app, you will need to use your new password in the Patient Portal, as well.
