How do I get started with Defy Medical?

To get started with Defy Medical, first you’ll submit your information to our secure contact form. Then one of our Patient Liaisons will reach out to you to help you meet our new patient requirements. These include:

  • Comprehensive lab work
  • New patient paperwork and health history
  • A recent Physical Exam (PE) due within 6 months of your first consultation

Once these requirements are met, we’ll schedule your Initial Consultation with one of our experienced in-house providers.  

Our staff will also create an account for you in our Patient Portal, where you’ll be able to order prescribed medications, lab work, supplies, and more.

You can also download the Defy Medical app to manage your care in one place.

Note: Not all services require lab work or a consultation. Your Patient Liaison will walk you through the requirements for your specific service.
