How do I create an account in the Patient Portal?

To create an account in our Patient Portal, first you’ll need to become a patient. Fill out our Get Started form, and we’ll contact you to guide you through the steps to starting your care. Then we’ll create an account for you in our Patient Portal. Once you have an account, you’ll be able to place orders for your prescribed medications, as well as order supplements, injectable nutrients, pharmaceutical-grade skincare, and more.
