How do I book my initial consultation?

Once your lab work and new patient paperwork are complete, you can book your Initial Consultation through the Defy Medical app. Download the app on iOS and Android.

To book through the app, tap the Calendar tab at the bottom of the screen and select “Book Appointment.” You’ll see the appointment types available to you based on your patient status. Select your Initial Consultation type, choose a date and time that works for you, and follow the prompts to book your appointment.

Note: Patients can only book consultations they’ve been approved for based on completing intake requirements. This ensures that our providers have the information they need to safely prescribe and make recommendations. If you do not see available consultations to book in the app, you may still need to complete those requirements. Contact your Patient Liaison to discuss these requirements.
