Can I ship my medications to a temporary address?
Yes, you can request to have your medications shipped to a temporary address such as a hotel, vacation home, or family member’s address.
To update your shipping address for an order, make the change in the Patient Portal under the Address Book section of your account before placing your order. Then select this delivery address at checkout. Make sure to remove the temporary address once you no longer need it, so you don’t accidentally deliver future orders there.
If you need to update a shipping address for an order that has already been placed but not yet shipped, contact our team as soon as possible at 813-445-7342 or [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but address updates cannot be guaranteed once an order has been sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment.
Please note that medications cannot be shipped to addresses outside of the United States.
