2021 Better You Selfie Contest
To encourage our patients and followers to commit to wellness and find a Better You in 2021, we’re hosting a healthy selfie contest over the next few months!
The winner will receive a bundle of our favorite (non-prescription) supplements to help you achieve your goals and have a better 2021.
Here’s how to enter:
- Follow @DefyMedical on Instagram.
- Post a selfie on Instagram that shows your commitment to wellness – whether that’s exercising, making a healthy smoothie, drinking lots of water, getting out for some fresh air, or another activity.
- Use the hashtag #MyDefySelfie and tag @DefyMedical in your post. Your profile must be public so we can see and count your entry.
- That’s it!
All qualifying entries will be automatically entered into the giveaway. A winner will be chosen at random from the qualified entrants by no later than March 5, 2021. The winner will be notified via private message and has 48 hours to claim the prize, before another winner may be drawn.

Official Contest Rules
This contest is administered by Defy Medical and is not associated with, endorsed, sponsored by, or administered by Instagram. You must be 18 years or older and within the United States to participate. All entrants must meet submission requirements to be eligible for entry into the giveaway. One entry allowed per person; multiple entries will not be counted.
This contest will run from 12 AM ET January 8, 2021 through 11:59 PM ET February 28, 2021, with winners drawn no later than 11:59 PM on March 5, 2021. The prize will be delivered via postal mail with standard shipping. The winner will be contacted via private message on Instagram and is required to respond with 48 hours of being contacted to provide their name, phone number, and home address for delivery of prize.
If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner may be drawn who is subject to the same rules.
