"Why do I feel this way?"

My provider was prompt, genuine, and knowledgeable to my situation. She reviewed my labs and concerns prior to meeting and had a good strategy going into our first appointment.

Beth is very kind, patient and extremely knowledgeable. She recommended several alternative products that may work better for me. I’m very glad I waited until our appointment before ordering again. I also like that there are so many companies to choose from. The only thing I would to change are the shipping costs.

The clinician listened carefully to my symptoms and reviewed my labs individually, explaining what each meant and its implications for my symptoms. She then suggested various supports for me to implement in order to feel my best. She answered all my questions and explained the next steps, including ordering and follow-up labs. Overall, a very pleasant experience! *My only small issue is that the ordering/checkout process is backlogged, so I have not been able to order my prescriptions yet. The clinician did explain this to me, though.

Dr Ben was very helpful he answer all of my questions and he made me feel like I was talking to one of my brothers I felt very comfortable talking to him about personal issues.
