Fill out our quick and simple online form. Then we’ll create an account for you, and you’ll be able to browse through our catalogue of lab tests and panels.
Once you find the test or panel you’d like to order, add it to your cart and place the order. After the order is placed, you’ll find your Lab Order form in the My Labs section of your account. It may take up to 15 minutes for your lab order to appear. Via email, you’ll receive your receipt and instructions on how to complete your tests.
Print your Lab Requisition form and your photo ID to the nearest LabCorp to complete your testing.
Note: You must bring your lab requisition form to your appointment, not your order receipt.
We partner with LabCorp to offer our lab services. You can find a LabCorp near you here.
Results typically finalize in around 5-7 business days. Processing times may vary based on the test/panel and laboratory location.
Once the results finalize, you’ll be able to view them in the My Labs section of your TestDefy account.
Most test results will show your levels compared to the healthy average. You’ll be able to see which measurements fall outside of what’s normal.
For specific disease testing, your test will say whether the disease was detected (like the STD panel).
If you want an in-depth analysis of your results, you can book a consultation with a member of our Care Team. You can also discuss your options for treatment.
