No, Defy Medical is not a pharmacy. We are a concierge clinic, and we allow patients to place orders for prescribed medications via our Patient Portal. Once reviewed by staff, these orders are sent to one of our trusted Pharmacy Vendors for fulfillment.

Defy Medical has no control over medication production or shipment, but we aim to provide timely updates about potential delays due to weather and other unforeseen events.
