Defy Medical does not and will not sell personal patient information to third parties. Doing so would violate HIPAA and betray the trust of our patients.

Defy Medical does partner with certain Business Associates, like Fullscript and Getlabs, to offer convenient and beneficial services to patients. These vendors may reach out to patients to perform these services, and they act in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
