What is Defy Medical’s refund policy for consultations?

Consultation refund eligibility depends on the circumstances and timing of the cancellation.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Contact our team at 813-445-7342 or [email protected] to cancel or reschedule.

If you miss your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, you may be charged the full cost of your consultation.

We do not typically refund consultations once the consultation has taken place. Consultations are not eligible for a refund solely because of the outcome, or because a prescription or treatment was not given. Defy Medical’s providers make care decisions based on what’s safe and appropriate for the patient, and no prescriptions are guaranteed.
