How do I find my order number?

Your order number can be found by logging into the Patient Portal and clicking My Account at the top right. This will pull up your account information, which includes your recent orders.

You can copy your order number in the far left-hand column and paste it into our Order Lookup tool to see the status of your order. You can also click Status in the chart showing your recent orders to access the Order Lookup tool.
