My order was damaged while shipping. Can I get a refund or replacement?
You may receive a refund or replacement, but it’s crucial to follow the instructions below. Defy Medical does not control refunds or replacements through Pharmacy Partners or shipping services.
All issues with medication shipment must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your package, or the pharmacy may not replace it.
Contact Defy Medical immediately at [email protected] or 813-445-7342 so we can guide you through the steps to report it. This may include submitting a claim with the delivery service.
Do not throw away your damaged medication. Instead, take the following pictures:
- A close-up photo of the shipping label with the full tracking number in focus and clearly displayed.
- Two photos displaying all six sides of the package (the top and two sides in one photo; the bottom and the opposite sides in the second photo).
- A photo showing the damaged product in its original position inside the box it arrived in with all the original cushioning.
- A photo of the packaging material used inside the box.
