Your prescription refill has been successfully submitted.

Please allow at least 48-72 hours for your medication to be compounded and shipped from the pharmacy once the prescription is submitted. If there are any issues with regards to filling your order, you will be contacted via the personal information you just supplied us. You can now also request prescription refills through your Patient Portal account. If you have not yet been set up through the Patient Portal, please contact our clinic at 813.445.7342 and a staff member can set you up!
