Yes, your lab results and testing information are protected under HIPAA. Lab orders and results are transmitted securely between the laboratory and Defy Medical. Only you and authorized Defy Medical staff can access your results through the Patient Portal.

Laboratories like LabCorp and Quest are obligated to follow HIPAA regulations.
