How insulin syringe markings work
- 1 unit = 0.01 mL on a standard U-100 insulin syringe
- 30-unit syringe = 0.3 mL total capacity
- 50-unit syringe = 0.5 mL total capacity
- 100-unit syringe = 1.0 mL total capacity
